Quiet friend who has come so far, feel how your breathing makes more space around you. Let this darkness be a bell tower and you the bell. As you ring, what batters you becomes your strength. Move back and forth into the change. What is it like, such intensity of pain? If the drink is bitter, turn yourself to wine. In this uncontainable night, be the mystery at the crossroads of your senses, the meaning discovered there. And if the world has ceased to hear you, say to the silent earth: I flow. To the rushing water, speak: I am.

– Rainer Maria Rilke

About Me

The natural world is a place we don’t often escape to. It can be difficult to step out of our comfort zones, but when we let ourselves embrace nature, beauty and enlightenment will always surface.

I am a Desert Rat. My name is Angelina and I am a small spec of dust in the powerful and limitless realm of Yoga. Through Yoga Adventures I hope to spread the infectious bliss of mindfulness and yoga by providing fun and unique outlets of discovery while offering support, guidance and the chance to build a stronger yogic community.

I offer group and private yoga sessions, Yoga Hike Meetups and a combination class of Parkour training and Yoga sequencing.
